Our Customer Stories
I have just spoken to the daughter of Mrs P, Ella. She was very complimentary about the care staff visiting her mother from Multi-Care Reading Community Services Limited. Ella said the carers were skilled, respectful and sensitive to her mother’s needs and preferences. Having them coming in has enabled Ella to start doing some work again because she has confidence in the staff.
The family are so pleased with your service, Aneela Mrs Rafique’s daughter reported that the carer who did the first call communicated with her mum and she took her to walk around the house which thus what she needs as well. She said the carer was so caring and polite. Aneela reported that the carer stayed the allocated time and she did a lot with her mum within 30 minutes allocated time and all the time she engaged with her. She said she is so happy and so grateful.
I would like to say what a truly wonderful carer Geoffrey is. Edward is unwell with a water infection and it is difficult to get him to respond. Geoffrey went over and above his duty to ensure that Edward is safely in bed and that I am alright. You have an absolute treasure of an employee who is worth is weight in gold.My thanks to Geoffrey.
