Our Customer Stories
Just wanted to compliment you all on the excellent service we have received from your carers. They are genuinely caring, as well as being friendly, very professional and prompt. In fact, everything you would want carers to be. From past experience, not all care companies can say the same. You can be rightly proud of your team and your management of them.
I would like to thank you for all the care you gave to my dad, Edwin Hill (known as Ted), in the last months of his life from Nov. 2019 until April 2020. What you gave was much more than the physical support which was so vital at that time, and which was more than myself and my son could give on our own, you also gave him a warmth and friendliness which brightened up his day. He looked forward to having a chat and a joke with you and it helped to restore his appetite and rebuild a little strength for a few months. Your visits continued as ever (but with restrictions) when the pandemic first broke out last year, so that he could remain at home, as he wished, for as long as possible until he was finally admitted to hospital last April. Thank you for helping Ted, Best wishes from Alison (and family).
