Our Customers Stories
Dear Friends On behalf of my Father and the rest of my family, I would like to thank you all so much for the way you cared for my Mum, Grace Sparks, from her returning from a spell in Hospital last October until her passing on 6th April. All your Carers were amazing and showed such care and concern for Mum over this time, and were always so friendly and courteous towards her. Mum certainly loved them all and we know she felt so safe and secure in their care of her, which was so lovely for us -her family -to see. Each one of them was concerned for her wellbeing and were always concerned that she was looked after to the highest standard even when her health was failing. We have nothing but praise for them all and felt we wanted to pass on our sincere thanks to you all for the excellent way you looked after her -we couldn't have asked for more. As promised, I am enclosing a photograph we took of Sumi with Mum on one of her visits, which we think is so lovely and shows the love and friendliness that existed between them. We (the family) came to know all the Carers as friends too and now quite miss their daily visits to the house. You are doing an excellent work and we would certainly have been struggling had we not had you there to help us at a very difficult time. Keep up the good work -it is so needed in our world today. With Very Kind Regards and Sincere Thanks, Karen Todd (Mrs)
Hi Rachana, This email is to notify you that Mrs Rafique has sadly passed away 16/09/20. Family are so grateful with the support you rendered to their mum. Aneela said her mum loved the carers and she was so happy with their support.
